I am always tired... now granted I don't a lot of sleep... but even when I do I always seem to feel so sleepy... Well there are 6 reasons why I could always feel tired and they're backed by science so they might be legit...

Two of them I know are an issue for me... Always being stressed... and never working out... I am really good at the first one... not so much at the second one...
