There is a new term…. “Phubbing”, the term for someone who phone snubs you.
A study lists 9 things that would be considered a form of “Phubbing”.
- Checking the phone during meals
- Placing it face up on the table so you can see it
- Checking notifications during conversation
46% say that their partners phubbed them… and half of them said it leads to relationship issues!
