While I have yet to make it to an entire yoga class but a few moves before bed I can pull off. Use these 3 moves for a better night's sleep.
1. Modified Goddess:
Life your arms over your head for an additional stress relieving stretch. Hold this position for 12 breaths
2. Spinal twist:
Do on both sides... Hold for 12 breaths each side.
3. Upside Down Relaxation
Great for relaxing and circulation...especially of you've been on your feet all day.
