Why having a shot of vinegar may be a good idea if you're trying to lose weight...

 

1.  Makes you feel full.

2.  Block absorption of Starches in your food

 

Seems simple enough.

Mix one tablespoon of vinegar with some water, pour into shot glass, and slam it down.
