It's looking like this could be my new strength training work out. KETTLEBELLS!  I know strength training is important for bone health and staying healthy, but its SO BORING.  But this... I could get behind.


And according to some studies with two, 30 -45 min kettlebell work outs a week, you can actually increase your core strength up to 70%.  That means a slimmer tummy and more calorie burning.
