Sure, running is good for you...but it is also GREAT for your relationship.

 

A study out of UNC-Chapel Hill shows that running can strengthen your marriage. UNC research shows that divorce rates could decrease by 19% if both members of a marriage run.  And if you are like me and like your work out time on your own, good news.  Even if you jog separately, you both may feel better and have more patience.

More patience = less fights.

Plus... you'll feel great about yourself, enjoying some stress relief, and look forward to each day a little bit more.

Ok, I'm sold.
