Prince Harry can't stop thinking about his future baby with wife Meghan Markle.

On Monday (October 15), Kensington Palace announced that Harry and the Duchess of Sussex are expecting their first child next spring. The 34-year-old spoke delightfully of their first child in a speech to kick off the 2018 Invictus Games during the opening ceremony this Saturday (October 20).

“First of all, thank you for the welcome you have given Meghan and I over the last few days. I have been so proud to be able to introduce my wife to you and we have been so happy to be able to celebrate the personal joy of our newest addition with you all," Harry addressed the crowd at the Sydney Opera House.

He also took a moment to admire the Paralympic-style competition, saying, "Our Invictus family has turned these games into a symbol of strength, honor and optimism for a new generation."

Launched in 2014, the Invictus Games invites wounded and recovering service members and veterans from across the globe to compete. If you recall, Harry and Meghan arrived holding hands at last year's games in Toronto, marking their debut as a couple; it's become a sentimental event for the future parents ever since.

Most recently, Harry was spotted tending to his wife and mommy-to-be as they boarded a boat in Australia to spectate the games after Meghan retired from her first public engagement Sunday (October 21) after she was advised to rest following the late-night opening festivities.

As we explained, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's firstborn will not receive the prince or princess title pertaining to governs listed in the Letters Patent of King George V.

Harry and Meghan wed in a royal wedding back in May.
