One day after the death of his ex Kim Porter, Sean "Diddy” Combs was spotted reuniting with Cassie, who he split from in September, People reports.

The former couple was seen in Los Angeles, marking the first time Diddy has been photographed since Kim, the mother of three of his biological children (Diddy was also hands-on in raising her son Quincy from a previous relationship), was found dead at her Los Angeles area home on Thursday (November 15).  The business mogul looked solemn for the outing, wearing a black hoodie and red gym shorts.

"Diddy is devastated and shocked," a source told People hours after news of Kim's death. "He and Kim were still very close friends and co-parents even though their romantic relationship didn’t work." The insider added, "They were still a family." Kim and Diddy's love story spanned 13 years, with the two finally calling it quits on the romantic relationship in 2007.

Kim's death sent shockwaves throughout the hip-hop community. Many celebrities (from Cardi B to Drake to Rihanna) took to social media to mourn the loss of the 47-year-old model/actress.

While her death is still being investigated, sources told TMZ that she was experiencing "flu-like symptoms" for the past several weeks and went into cardiac arrest.

As previously reported, LoveBScott broke the news in September that Cassie and Diddy pulled the plug on their 11-year relationship months ago. "They are indeed no longer together and haven’t been for months," the "Me & You" singer's rep told the site. However, weeks later, in celebration of the business mogul's 49th birthday, Cassie shared a photo of Diddy alongside a sweet message that left many wondering if the on-again-off-again couple was back on. "Happy Birthday, King," the "Love a Loser" singer captioned a picture of her seemingly on-again beau on her Instagram Story. The post additionally featured a red heart emoji.
