Britney Spears' BF Shares PDA-Filled Video While She Receives Treatment

Britney Spears is definitely on her boyfriend Sam Asghari's mind.

The fitness model paid tribute to his girlfriend, who's currently seeking mental health treatment, by sharing a sweet, PDA-filled video of the couple's cutest moments on Instagram Saturday (April 13). Captioning the post "#internationalkissingday," Sam's video montage featured clips of the two smooching while working out, dancing, and enjoying life's sweetest moments.

Earlier this month, TMZ reported that Britney entered a mental health facility after sources connected to the pop star told the site that she'd "been distraught over her dad's illness." As fans know, Brit put her Vegas residency on hold in January to take care of her father, Jamie Spears, who has been reportedly suffering complications after undergoing two surgeries to correct major issues with his intestines and colon.

"I don't even know where to start with this, because this is so tough for me to say. I will not be performing my new show Domination," Britney wrote in a lengthy Instagram caption at the time. "I've been looking forward to this show and seeing all of you this year, so doing this breaks my heart. However, it's important to always put your family first… and that’s the decision I had to make. A couple of months ago, my father was hospitalized and almost died. We're all so grateful that he came out of it alive, but he still has a long road ahead of him."

Shortly before TMZ published their report about Britney's decision to seek treatment, the pop singer shared a self-care meme to Instagram. "Fall in love with taking care of yourself. Mind. Body. Spirit," read the post, which she captioned "We all need to take time for a little 'me time.' :)" Sam, who has been dating Britney since the two met on the set of her "Slumber Party" music video in 2016, showed his support of his girlfriend by sharing her post with caption, "It isn’t weakness, It’s a sign of absolute strength, people should only be inspired by this, at least I am ♥️ #stronger."

On Thursday (April 11), Britney was spotted out for the first time since news of her decision to seek mental health treatment. According to E! News, she was seen at a Los Angeles hair salon where a source said she "arrived with three people from her team this morning to get her blonde roots touched up and extensions retouched." The eyewitness added that Britney appeared to in "good spirits... She seemed fine and content… [She] was definitely excited to get her hair done."
