As we move into October, Halloween time is here! With all of the streaming service, you have may more choices for all of your favorite Halloween movies and TV shows! I'm sure there is some that I have left out, but here is a rundown of where you can watch your favorite stuff!
AMC's FearFest
AMC presents 80 movies as part of FearFest, which runs Oct. 1-31. Titles include “Pet Sematary,” “The Shining,” “Scream,” “Final Destination” and “Halloween.” AMC is the place to go for the real scares, they seem to be the network with the most Horror Movie options.
Disney/Disney Junior/Disney+
While AMC has the adults covered... if that's not your thing, Disney Channel and Disney Junior celebrate Halloween with kid friendly movies, episodes and specials throughout October. Some of the big ones... the new Disney Channel Original Movie “Under Wraps”; a new animated series inspired by Disney’s “Zombies” franchise; themed episodes of “Marvel’s Spidey and his Amazing Friends,” “Big City Greens” and “Disney’s Magic Bake-Off”;, and “Mickey’s Tale of Two Witches.
If you're on Disney+, you can check out classics like “The Nightmare Before Christmas,” the Halloweentown franchise, Treehouse of Horror episodes from “The Simpsons,” and “Toy Story of Terror”.
FreeForm 31 Nights of Halloween
FreeForm is back with 31 nights of Halloween favorites... but a lot of them are repeated a few times... and some of them aren't really "Halloween" themed... Like The Goonies and Mrs. Doubtfire. You can also catch classics like Casper, Hocus Pocus, and the Hotel Transylvania franchise.
Ghostober
Food Network, HGTV and Travel Channel are teaming up this year for Ghostober. It will feature 14 series and specials. Some highlights include new seasons of “Worst Cooks in America: Halloween Redemption 2” and “Outrageous Pumpkins”, series debuts of “House Haunters” and “Eli Roth Presents: A Ghost Ruined My Life”.
Huluween
Hulu is jumping in with Huluween... and they have something for everyone... from adults to kids. You can check out out “Child’s Play,” “Scream Queens,” “The Twilight Zone” ... and Halloween episodes from old sitcoms like "Full House" and "Family Matters".
Peacock-tober
If you have the Peacock streaming service you can check out a pretty wide range of Horror Movies... From classics like "The Birds" to newer stuff like "Saw" and "The Purge". They also have Halloween-themed episodes of TV shows, like “Everybody Loves Raymond” and “30 Rock.”
