A Jimmy Buffett-themed cruise ship remains docked at the Port of Palm Beach after a "No Sail Order" has been issued by the U.S. Coast Guard.
Passengers on board the Margaritaville at Sea have been waiting since Wednesday to set sail to Freeport.
According to the order, conditions were identified during the ship's six-month Certificate of Compliance exam that require it to stay in port until they are rectified due to the safety of the crew and passengers.
Those passengers, thus far, have not been allowed to leave the ship.
