Woman Sparks Debate After Having Friends Sign NDA for Gossip Time

There has been a debate on social media after TikToker Brianna (@breezyqbaby) posted a video about having her friends sign a nondisclosure agreement before gossiping. The video on TikTok has been viewed over 3 million times and has over 3,000 comments.

Brianna first posted a video and wrote: "Since people we trusted like to talk about our families business I put matters in my own hands and made NDA's."

Nondisclosure agreements (NDAs) are legal contracts mainly used by businesses, companies and public figures to make sure certain information is kept confidential between the parties. I don't know about you but having friends sign an NDA to talk about certain things sounds crazy. A few days later she posted another video showing that she was not playing around and made her friends sign the NDA at dinner.

This clip sparked a heated debate because many of the viewers thought the idea of using an NDA to create trust with friends was crazy. Other viewers thought that this video was funny and gave props to Brianna on the idea to make sure her friends could be trusted. Check out some of the comments below.

"If you need friends to sign NDA why are they still your friends!!" said @sarinat127.

"Wait a minute...boutta keep a 'digitally notarized' NDA on my phone now...if that's even a thing" said @irishbangorade3.

"Nah this would actually make me have a tea session about YOU at my next dinner out with friends" said @rachkellm.

Viewers also asked Brianna questions like "What happens if they spill your tea? How can you prove it was them that spilled?" @ajthecoolmuva asked. People also chimed in to offer Brianna legal advice and joked that they would sign the NDA to hear the tea.
