Ok, if you ended up on the blog post then you are sold on watching this youtube sensation eat the world's hottest pepper in his underwear.  So what happens in this 12-minute long video?  Well, first he enjoys the longest banter with his mother, then he gets geared up and finally eats the pepper.  What happens next just grossed me out and I just ended up turning off the video.  The things people do for money.
