Interactive Map Shows Your Hometown During Nuclear Blast

Interactive Nuclear Blast Map

Yes, I know we are living in scary times right now with tensions so high between the United States and North Korea so naturally, everyone is freaking out.  Doomsday Preppers are starting to buy their supplies, websites are gearing up with Nuclear Fallout products, tv stations are hyping their best OMG Nuclear news stories and a vast majority of us are just continuing with our everyday life.

Which brings me to our next piece of Nuclear Blast internet hype.  Ladies and gentlemen, I give you NukeMap.  What is NukeMap?  Well, I am glad you asked.  NukeMap is an interactive map that allows you to enter in your hometown so you can see how far the blast area would be if a Nuclear Weapon went off in it.  And no, you can't outrun it (for all of you out there thinking you're Usain Bolt).

At first, I was like "Ok, another website to drive fear into everyone", but to be honest it's very interesting and historic.  Chances are everything is going to be juuuuust fine (hopefully).

You can try out the interactive NukeMap here.
