Cardi B was accused of being transphobic yet again, this time for sharing a transphobic meme to her official facebook page. Cardi claims the facebook page hasn't belonged to her for over a year, and that the meme was actually shared by one of her former team members who still has access to the account. Maybe she's telling the truth and a former team member for whatever reason still has access to her facebook page and they were stupid enough to share it. I'm not buying it. Why would the record label/team of one of, if not thee biggest artists right now, NOT remove any and all mentions/images/material of said artist from this facebook page the moment it stopped being theirs officially? Why would the page continue to then plug all of this artists products, including their most recent video release? If you shared the meme because you thought it was funny, despite your problematic past with the trans community, just own it.
It's come to my attention that there have been offensive posts made on what used to be my Facebook page. For the past year and a half a FORMER team member has been the only one with access to the account.— iamcardib (@iamcardib) September 16, 2018
