You can't make everyone like you... That's just not how life works. Once you accept that it's easy to get on with you day-to-day and not sweat it too much. It's not as easy if the person that doesn't like actually HATES you... and it's even harder if that person is a co-worker.

Most people spend just as much time with co-workers as they do with friends and family. Most co-workers won't come out and tell you if they hate you... in fact, it would probably better all around if that did... but instead they will secretly hate you...
