I was born and raised in Central Florida... So when it gets below 60 degrees outside that's enough for me. While it has been cold the last few days... it's been Florida Cold... which is like Summer to people anywhere at all north of Florida.

Florida Cold

While I am wearing layers down in Florida in 60 degree weather... 75% of the United States will deal with freezing temperatures this week... it will feel like minus 60 up north... They may get an inch of snow in Atlanta, which they say is enough to shut the city down.

An inch seems like a lot in the south... now imagine 7 feet! That's what this guy was dealing with. And he has a pretty efficient way of dealing with it.
