A celebrity chef who calls Palm Beach County home will be raising money this evening for survivors of Hurricanes Helene and Milton.
Guy Fieri will be at Rocco's Tacos in Boca Raton for a fundraiser beginning at 5:30 p.m.
A portion of all the food and beverage sold during the event will help hospitality workers displaced by the storms.
The public is welcome to attend the event and they'll find craft cocktails, a taco bar and pop-up tents from brands such as Santo Tequila, which is owned by Fieri and Sammy Hagar. Two trucks operating for the brand were hijacked near the southern border earlier this month and more than a million dollars worth of tequila was stolen.
Fieri lives in Lake Worth Beach and has donated thousands of dollars to Lake Worth High School's culinary academy through his foundation.
