Global Empowerment Mission crews from Doral are helping flooding victims in central Texas as search and rescue efforts continue near the Guadalupe River. Vice President Jeff Popovich says they have given aid to at least one-thousand victims so far. He says they will continue sending trucks to Kerr County for as long as needed packed with water, flashlights, food and other necessities. Governor DeSantis has directed the Florida Division of Emergency Management to deploy resources-- including three swift water rescue teams.
