Jennifer Lopez opened an exciting new chapter with a large purchase following her divorce from ex-husband Ben Affleck, which became official on Friday (February 21).
According to Daily Mail, the "On The Floor" songstress recently bought a 2.5-acre estate in Los Angeles' Hidden Hills neighborhood for $21 million. The property features a guest house, pool, and riding stables and was once owned by Credence Clearwater Revival's John Fogerty and Rambo actor Sylvester Stallone.
News of the purchase arrives almost six months to the day the Maid in Manhattan star, mother to twins Emme and Max, 16, filed for divorce from Affleck. The former pair have both moved on and are enjoying the single life while focusing on their careers and spending time with their children.
Despite Affleck and Lopez purchasing separate properties (with Affleck's in Brentwood closer to his children, Violet, 19, Seraphina, 16, and Samuel, 12 whom he shares with ex Jennifer Garner), their joint Beverly Hills estate remains on the market for a whopping $68 million. The entertainment icons received an offer from a couple in New Jersey in July, who ultimately had to pull out of escrow due to a death in their family.
