What is something you wish you could tell you customers but can't?

An article came out from the staff of cruise ships on the 8 things they wish they could tell passengers, but can't. Some of those things include don't ask stupid questions, don't get too rowdy, and always remember to tip. If you could tell your customers and/or clients anything, what would you want to tell them?
