HAPPY WEEKEND to you all! It is supposed to be a GORGEOUS weekend and I hope you can get out and enjoy it at some of these events! Here's what's going on around Central Florida...
Now- March 13th- the Central Florida Fair and the Fairgrounds- Rides, Food, Entertainment, animals… and so much more!
All Weekend- Bike Week in Daytona- Main Street in Daytona Beach is the epicenter of the action, which goes from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. But there’s much more where that came from, as events are scheduled throughout Volusia, Flagler and other neighboring counties. The major races, including the Daytona 200, are held at Daytona International Speedway
Saturday- Sunday- Festival of the Arts 35th Annual in Colonial TownPark - featuring National and International Artists and Contemporary Craftsman while raising scholarship money for graduating Seminole County High School Students.
Friday 6pm- Foodie Fest- Downtown Lakeland- Sample the flavors of Polk’s finest food makers. Enjoy small bites at a small price! Downtown shops and restaurants will be open late.
Saturday- 2p-11p-Lake Nona Town Center Carnaval - We will be having a block party including food trucks, live entertainment, kids' activations, and more!
Saturday- 6p-8p- Audubon Park- Lantern Jubilee- Participants are encouraged to make lanterns out of reused or sustainable materials and to walk the 1.5 mile route with lantern in hand to light up Audubon Park. Wear your dancing shoes and express your creativity at this fun family event. Strollers, wagons, well behaved pets and the whole family are welcome
